What you must carry
While going for such expedition one needs to carry certain things like mountaineering boots and different ice tools. These ice tools should be sharp and have curve. One must put on non-cotton clothes as they keep the body warm and are water proof. One must not forget to carry mittens, gloves, hat, gaiters, sunscreen, goggles and extra pair of socks. Water must be carried in insulated bottles. Other important things are shovels, avalanche beacons, long ice axes, harnesses, helmets, and ropes.
